Description
The Tuna is the Downwind and light wind Wingfoil board in the range, designed to offer maximum glide for taking off on a bump while paddling or getting up as early as possible with a Wing.
Available in two versions, Tuna and Tuna L, all riders will find something that suits them! The Tuna, being the longer and narrower version, with the highest ratio, offers the most glide at the expense of slightly less lateral stability. However, it still maintains very good stability thanks to its more vertical bevels. These bevels are also worked on the rear third to optimize the balance between stability and takeoff speed. The volume is evenly distributed to ensure good longitudinal stability, with extra volume in the front. The deck is flat on the Tuna to offer maximum performance and the ability to position your feet closer to the rail due to its narrow width.
The Tuna is equipped with extended 16″ (40cm) US boxes, allowing for great adjustability and ensuring the foil is well-centered relative to the board’s length. As a result, the inertia caused by the length is significantly reduced, making the board feel shorter. All the design elements of the Tuna have been carefully crafted to provide the best glide possible, as well as the best rebound during touchdowns on these narrow boards. The hull has been designed with a V-shape to avoid the rail effect caused by the board’s very elongated outline.

Construction:
Our Wingfoil boards are offered with two different constructions:
- Partial PVC Sandwich: EPS core 20kg/m3, PVC sandwich reinforcement on the deck and rails. PVC reinforcement under the plate with a rigid connection (foam 180kg/m3) between the deck and the hull, and carbon fiber laminate.
- Full PVC Sandwich: EPS core 15kg/m3, PVC sandwich reinforcement on the deck, rails, and hull. PVC reinforcement under the plate with a rigid connection (foam 180kg/m3) between the deck and the hull.
