2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all sales made through the website noremana.com. They aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Products
The products offered are primarily surfboards, surfoils, and wingfoils, manufactured in an eco-responsible manner. The essential characteristics of each product are described on the website. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
4. Price
The prices of the products are stated in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs. NOREMANA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but commits to applying the prices in effect at the time of the order.
5. Order
To place an order, the customer must create an account on the website. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. NOREMANA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
6. Payment
Payments are made by credit card through a secure platform or any other payment method offered on the website. The customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use this payment method.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. Delivery times are indicative. NOREMANA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing reasons or paying penalties, except for return costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. This period starts from the receipt of the products.
9. Return and Exchange
In the case of a return, the products must be returned in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions) to allow for reselling them as new. Any damaged, soiled, or incomplete products will not be refunded or exchanged.
10. Warranty
All products provided by NOREMANA are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
11. Liability
NOREMANA cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the improper use of the purchased product. NOREMANA’s liability, in any case, will be limited to the amount of the order.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website noremana.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of NOREMANA. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way, even partially, any elements from the site, whether software, visual, or auditory.
13. Personal Data
The information collected by NOREMANA during any customer order is necessary for managing the order by NOREMANA and its business partners. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data.
14. Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Before any legal action, an amicable solution will be sought.
15. Modification of the GTC
NOREMANA reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of the customer’s order.
16. Acceptance of the GTC
By validating their order on the website www.noremana.com, the customer unreservedly accepts these GTC.
